i've been blogging about photography for over five years. rarely, however, have i shared photographs of my adventures, with friends, in the Alaskan backcountry, waters, and general outdoor endeavors that make our lives here so rich.
i've experimented with lugging around bigger cameras, but in the end inevitably left them packed away in favor of moving quickly and being engrossed in my surroundings. lately, i've settled on my iphone to accompany me. small, light, and unencumbered.
these photographs are a celebration of good friends and the great outdoors.
